Kyrgyzstan presidency set to be won by prime minister after controversial race

Kyrgyzstan's prime minister is on target to win a presidential election, seen as a test of reforms aimed at creating the first parliamentary democracy in central Asia after 20 years of authoritarian rule that triggered a revolution last year.
